Being a Software as a Service (SaaS), there is no need to install or download anything and you can be up and running in no time! We pride ourselves on our customer service so to make sure Roster Portal will be beneficial to you, we go through the following process:
As every business is slightly different, first of all we need to do an obligation free appraisal of your roster needs and this can easily be done in a brief meeting, over the phone or Skype.
We will look at your current processes and ask how much time and money is spent on these.
We also ask about the most frustrating aspects of your rostering and payroll systems.
Next we will give you a brief overview of Roster Portal so you can get a feel of the system. Most people know in the first 5 minutes whether Roster Portal will suit their needs.
If both parties decide Roster Portal will save time, money and stress, we will overview our costs and organise getting started.
The setup process includes ‘branding’ your portal (see examples below) and gathering as much roster and wages information so we can populate your portal before a brief training session.
After the initial setup and training, support is free during business hours and our friendly team are more than happy to help.
